Warranty Policy


North of You, LLC, makers of Arsenal, want to ensure you have a great experience. An important part of that experience is the peace of mind that a warranty brings and knowing a company will stand behind its product. If you run into any problems with Arsenal we want to know about them. We’re committed to making things right and so each Arsenal comes with a six-month warranty. The warranty details are below, but if you want to skip the legal jargon feel free to reach out to our customer support team (hhelp@witharsenal.com) and they can walk you through it.

Important: Before returning an Arsenal for refund or warranty, you must secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. Units sent without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund or warranty replacement. You can secure an RMA number by writing help@witharsenal.com.


North of You, LLC, makers of Arsenal, include a six-month warranty repair/replacement policy with each Arsenal order. The six-month period begins when Arsenal is delivered to you. We will fix or replace your Arsenal for any defect or failure that occurs through normal use*. This warranty applies to the Arsenal device itself and does not apply to any cables or the power adapter provided with each Arsenal purchase.

  • The warranty applies to normal use scenarios and does not apply to: loss or damage of the device due to theft, accidents, mishandling, abuse, water damage, or operating Arsenal outside of its certified weather conditions.

North of You, LLC is not liable for any units damaged or lost during return shipping. Arsenals should be packaged in its original gift box within an outer cardboard box to ensure safety. We recommend using a reputable courier and service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

Once repaired or replaced, North of You, LLC will be responsible for shipping charges to deliver Arsenal back to you. If your Arsenal is repaired or replaced the warranty remains valid from the delivery date of the original Arsenal.
