North of You, LLC, makers of Arsenal, Arsenal 2, and Arsenal 2 Pro, want to ensure you have a great experience with our products. An important part of that experience is the peace of mind that a warranty brings and knowing a company will stand behind its product.

If you run into any problems with any Arsenal we want to know about them. We’re committed to making things right and for the original Arsenal offer a six-month warranty. Arsenal was our first product and six months was a good start, but we wanted to raise the stakes. For Arsenal 2 and Arsenal 2 Pro we offer a one-year warranty.

Warranty Details for Arsenal 2

North of You, LLC, makers of Arsenal 2, include a one-year warranty repair/replacement policy with each Arsenal 2 order (applies to both Standard and Pro versions). The one-year period begins when Arsenal 2 is delivered to you. We will fix or replace your Arsenal 2 for any defect or failure that occurs through normal use*. This warranty applies to the Arsenal 2 device itself and does not apply to any cables, accessories, or the power adapter.

• The warranty applies to normal use scenarios and does not apply to: loss or damage of the device due to theft, accidents, mishandling, abuse, water damage, or operating Arsenal 2 outside of its certified weather conditions.

North of You, LLC is not liable for any units damaged or lost during return shipping. Arsenal 2s should be packaged in its original gift box within an outer cardboard box to ensure safety. If your Arsenal 2 is repaired or replaced the warranty remains valid from the delivery date of the original Arsenal 2.
