North of You, LLC, the makers of Arsenal, think you’ll love your Arsenal experience. However, we’re also realistic and know that sometimes things aren’t perfect. If you’re having any trouble, please review the troubleshooting tips and other tools available at our support center. If still needing assistance contact our support team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. If still not satisfied we’re happy to provide a refund per the below policies.
For how long can I return Arsenal?
For orders placed via withArsenal.com, we accept returns for Arsenals and additional cables for any reason for a period of 90 days from when the order was delivered to you.
How do I initiate the return? Can I just send it to your address?
Important: Before shipping back your Arsenal, you must be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the correct address to return your Arsenal to. Orders without an RMA number or shipped to an incorrect address will not be provided refunds. Please include your name and RMA number both on the packaging label as well as inside the parcel.
To receive an RMA number and the proper return address, use the contact page or email us (email@example.com) with your intention to return your order. You can fill out this return form if desired, but it is not obligated. Once you receive your RMA number you have 14 days to ship your order back to us.
What can be returned?
We only accept returns of complete orders. Additional Arsenals or cables may not be returned separately. Your Arsenal will need to be returned in its original packaging with all parts originally sent to you. Your Arsenal and all parts will need to be returned in brand-new condition. If your order arrived defective, see our warranty policy.
What about shipping?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of delivery errors by North of You, LLC or the shipping couriers we use, or in accordance with EU 14-day cooling-off regulations. For all returns shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. Returns may not be dropped off at our office.
North of You, LLC is not liable for any units damaged or lost during return shipping. Arsenals should be packaged in its original gift box within an outer cardboard box to ensure safety. We recommend using a reputable courier and service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
For non-U.S. customers, please mark the package ‘PRODUCT RETURN’ to avoid any delays due to customs.
When will I receive my refund?
After you send us your return we will inspect the package and device. If all components are included and in brand-new condition we will approve the refund and issue you funds. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed once we have received your package. We will email you once your refund is approved and funds have been sent.
If your refund is not approved we will email you with this result. If there are missing components and you wish to supply those you can mail them to us.
How are funds sent back to me?
We will credit the debit/credit card used to purchase Arsenal whenever possible. If not available, we can issue a refund via Paypal.
